The top of the chocolate coating are prints from transfer sheets. Pumpkin Caramel Truffles: Pumpkin caramel ganache in pre-made molds coated in milk chocolate. Used a fork to add texture to the outer coating. Pistachio Homage: The first layer is a pistachio gianduja and the top layer is a pistachio marzipan. Only sides and bottom were coated with dark chocolate. The candy was garnished with one pistachio half per piece. Leaf Croquant a.k.a. Homemade Butter Fingers: Inside the chocolate coating are layers of freshly made almond paste and homemade caramel.</image:caption>
